APCS Network serves as discussion and information centers and resources for APCS' faculties and students or any other registrants. By signing up and checking the box below, you agree to be bound by the following conditions.
General Rules
- The data submitted by members are owned by the respective authors. The authors grant APCS Network moderators the permission to keep and duplicate the data throughout the system.
- The website moderators reserve the right to modify or remove any inappropriate content posted with or without prior notification.
- While the administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the authors and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.
- Please be respectful toward other community members, contribution authors, forum moderators, and team members. Any behavior that appears to be offensive, not constructive, or inappropriate will be removed with a possible ban on the accounts involved.
- Do not use APCS NETWORK as a mean of advertising in any way.

- You agree, through your use of any part of this website, that you will not use this website to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, divisive, likely to cause offence to other members, invasion of a person's privacy, or otherwise violation of any law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
- You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this website. Any posting related to the act of encouraging the violation of copyright such as uploading cracks, hacking guides, serial keys, etc will be deleted and the respective owner will receive property punishment.
- In case you quote, paraphrase, summarize or post the whole content of another website, forum and author, please give proper credit to the original owner by providing full link to the source as well as other important information such as name of the article, publish day, etc.
- Before creating a new thread or topic, please use the search function to find out if there is any topic with related content.

If at any time we have any reason to believe that any of your registration information is inaccurate, untrue or incomplete, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement.
- Each member can access the site with a specific username. No individual may have more than one username. Additionally, we may refuse to grant you a specific username that may be misconstrued as another individual, is illegal, protected by trademark or other proprietary rights law, is offense or vulgar, may cause harm or confusion to others, or any other instance as determined by our sole discretion.
- Each user profile can have a signature defined that is automatically added at the bottom of each posting made. You are recommended to use font less than 2. The size of signatures should not be greater than 5 lines.
- Sending unsolicited messages to community members, either publicly or privately via PM or e-mail, is not allowed. Any "spamming" activities reported by community members could lead to banning of the accounts involved.
Feel free to use your avatar as a way to express yourself. However, do not use picture of country leaders, famous people or any other person with malice.

- If you have experienced abusive behavior from a community member please inform the moderators so appropriate action can be taken.
- You are also more than welcome to contact the moderators to report any technical problem you encountered.
